CAMH Employee Dental Insurance Plan
100% Coverage
For Basic Preventative Dental Services and Endodontics / Periodontic Treatments with a limit of $1500 per year.
50% Coverage
For Major Dental Services with a limit of $1500 per year.
50% Coverage
For Orthodontic Services for plan members under the age of 19 with a limit of
$2000 per year.

STARBUCKS Employee Dental Insurance Plan
A $45 deductible must be paid annually with College Street Dental to use their plan.
100% Coverage
For Basic Preventative Dental Services with a limit of $2000 per year.
For Endodontics / Periodontic Treatments with a limit of $2000 per year.
80% Coverage
For Major Dental Services with a limit of $1500 per year
50% Coverage
For Orthodontic Services with a limit of $1500 per life, no age restriction.
